AN inquest has been opened and adjourned into the death of Bournemouth man Ivor Derek Holloway.
The 81-year-old was found dead in a garage in Kinson last week.
Evidence was heard that the retired garage proprietor was found dead on Thursday, January 5.
The cause of death is unascertained.
The pensioner was last seen in Walpole Road, Boscombe around four weeks ago.
His body was found by a member of the public in the lock-up garage in School Lane, Kinson, miles from where diabetic Mr Holloway, who was known as Derek or Ollie, was last seen on December 13.
Police said there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
