POLICE are increasingly worried about a 28-year-old mother-of-two who has been missing since five days before Christmas.

The parents of Dorset mum Helen Van-Duivenbode have issued a heartfelt message: “Your girls are missing you dreadfully.”

As police become increasingly worried about Helen Van-Duivenbode, her family pleaded for her to let them know she is safe and well.

Helen, from Okeford Fitzpaine, near Blandford, has two daughters, aged seven and 10.

She was last seen on Monday, December 20, and was reported missing 10 days later.

Helen’s mum Alexandra and dad Bernhard Van-Duivenbode said: “Dearest Helen. Please get in touch with us.

“We love you. Your girls are missing you dreadfully and wish to speak with you.

“We all long to hear you are all right.”

Police believe she may be in the Bournemouth area, where she has friends. Helen is white, around 5ft 6ins tall, with shoulder length black hair and brown eyes.

It’s not known what Helen was wearing when she was last seen.

Sergeant Murray Haynes of Blandford police said: “This is very unusual behaviour for Helen.

“She keeps in regular contact with her family and to have been missing for such a length of time is a cause of great concern.
