The body of a woman believed to be in her 60s was found at a property in Salterns Road, Parkstone, yesterday night. The death is not being treated as suspicious.
Police were called at around 9.30pm by the ambulance service which reported a woman had beeen found dead. The house was cordoned off for several hours, while officers carried out enquiries.
The details have been passed on to the coroner for investigation and next of kin have been informed.
