A MAN has been summoned to appear in court following an incident where a car mounted a pavement and struck a pedestrian.
Police said that following an investigation, they had reported a 23-year-old man from High Wycombe for criminal and traffic offences.
The man had admitted being the owner of the BMW involved in the incident outside Waitrose in Winton on November 5 this year.
He will appear in court in the New Year.
