TRIATHLETE Tracy Cook, a games teacher at Clayesmore School near Blandford, has won a bronze medal at the world championships in Budapest.

Tracy missed out on silver by just 20 seconds after a 1,500-metre swim, 40km bike ride and 10km run.

Tracy will take part in the 70.3 Ironman World Championships in Clearwater, Florida, in November, where she will take part in a 1,900-metre swim, 56-mile bike ride and half marathon.
