TWO women were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in East Howe.
Firefighters from Redhill Park and Springbourne were called to Brook Road at around 7.30am this morning, Saturday.
Both women, one of whom was pregnant, were treated at the scene by ambulance and fire crews.
A spokesman for Dorset Fire and Rescue Service said the fire, which happened in the kitchen of the property, was started by an electrical fault. A television was destroyed by the fire, which also damaged the kitchen.
The property was also smoke damaged.
