TEMPORARY supports are to be installed on the main weir bridge over the River Stour near Throop Mill after safety fears were expressed.
Throop and Muscliff councillor Ron Whittaker voiced concerns that the loose hand rail could collapse if someone leaned on it.
Dorset County Council arranged for an inspection and arranged for temporary scaffold poles to be put in place.
