Police are investigating a spate of fires on Bournemouth's Turbary Common last night (Tues).
Firefighters were sent to West Howe at 10.15 pm after receiving more than 30 reports that heathland was alight.
They tackled seven seperate seats of fire; at least four are believed to have been maliciously set.
