Danilo Restivo at Winchester Crown Court on Heather Barnett murder charge
A MAN charged with the murder of a Charminster seamstress eight years ago has been remanded in custody until September.
Heather Barnett was discovered in the bathroom of her flat with someone else's hair in her hands in November 2002.
Danilo Restivo, 38, made a brief appearance at Winchester Crown Court this morning, where a September 24 date was set for his next hearing.
Restivo, of Chatsworth Road, Charminster, is expected to enter a not guilty plea and make an application for bail at the September hearing.
