AN ambulance was involved in a road crash in the Charminster area of Bournemouth last night (Mon).
Emergency services were scrambled at 8.45 pm following a collision at the junction of Charminster Road and Firbank Road.
Two women trapped inside a black Fiat Punto were released by firefighters after the roof of the vehicle was removed.
A Dorset police spokesman said both had suffered minor injuries.
The road was re-opened at 10.44 pm.
