A STURMINSTER Newton woman was taken by ambulance to Yeovil Hospital after a road accident in the early hours of Friday morning (9).
A green Citroen AX driven by the woman left the A30 between Henstridge and Milborne Port at about 12.10am, crossing a low wall before coming to rest in a field.
Police and paramedics dashed to the scene before taking the woman to hospital for treatment for shock.
