DIRECTED by Lucy Akhurst from a script by Charles Thomas Oldham, this faux fly-on-the-wall documentary follows a team of talented Morris dancers as they flout convention and the rules laid down by Quentin Neely (Sir Derek Jacobi) to drag the art form into the 21st century.

Derecq Twist (Oldham) is the supremely agile leader of The Millsham Morris Men, who meet each week at The Travellers Staff country pub to practise their dances and push the choreographic boundaries of a new freeform version dubbed Extreme Morris.

Traditionalists within the Morris community react angrily, and Derecq suffers the humiliation of being ex-communicated, forcing him to head to America to take charge of a team run by the enigmatic Villandry.
