A senior appointment in Dorset is set to increase capacity in healthcare property services across the South Coast.
BTG Eddisons has welcomed Peter Deehan as its new director, bringing more than 40 years of experience in property and more than two decades focused on commercial property and construction in central London.
Mr Deehan will cover the firm’s offices in Bournemouth, Fareham and the Isle of Wight.

Mr Deehan specialises in healthcare real estate, particularly the monitoring and managing of new-build projects in the primary care sector.
He has joined BTG Eddisons from Simpson Hilder Associates, a Hampshire-based architecture and surveying practice.
His appointment is expected to strengthen the firm’s healthcare advisory services as demand grows from NHS trusts, GP partnerships, and private healthcare operators.
