He said: "Joining BTG Eddisons at such a pivotal point in the firm’s growth is an exciting step and I’m looking forward to helping clients deliver high-quality, future-proofed facilities that support changing clinical and community needs."

Mr Deehan specialises in healthcare real estate, particularly the monitoring and managing of new-build projects in the primary care sector.

He has joined BTG Eddisons from Simpson Hilder Associates, a Hampshire-based architecture and surveying practice.

His appointment is expected to strengthen the firm’s healthcare advisory services as demand grows from NHS trusts, GP partnerships, and private healthcare operators.

Ian Harrington, head of BTG Eddisons’ national building and project consultancy team, said: "Peter’s experience in the healthcare built environment is a significant boost to our capability.

BTG Eddisons operates across commercial, industrial, and public sector markets, offering valuations, agency, building consultancy, and asset management services.
