WHAT has happened to Bournemouth?
My husband and myself have holidayed here for years. This year was the worst.
Not only have all the department stores and Yellow Buses gone now but walking down Pine Walk to visit the beautiful paintings by many different artists, we were very sad to see only a couple of artists still painting.
Where have all the artists gone?
We loved seeing all the different paintings and many styles of paintings.
Over the years we have bought paintings.

Unfortunately, this gallery as we have always known it seems to be an extension of the main Bournemouth Square with mainly jewellery sellers and resin craft.
Walking through was like a ghost town apart from myself and my husband and a couple of other people, no one was there.
What has happened?
I had seen with my husband all the same stuff being sold at the artists gallery in the main Square already, not one person interested in stopping to look, instead, like myself and my husband just using the path to see the birds and eventually the beach.
So sad, all of the artists have gone. This used to be a real hidden gem and a pleasure to walk through, now it really isn’t.
Please can Bournemouth Council bring back the artists as this to my knowledge is what the Pine Walkway is for, no more is there any vibrancy left in this walkway or the most of Bournemouth.
We are not for the first time in years coming back to Bournemouth.
