OFFICERS are searching for a missing woman from Bournemouth.

Update: 

 A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We are pleased to update that missing Bournemouth woman Teresa Chaffey has been found.

"Following searches and enquiries by officers, assisted by colleagues at Sussex Police, she has now been located.

"We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal."

Dorset Police received a report raising concern for the welfare of Teresas Chaffey, 54, who was last seen leaving an address in the West Howe area on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Teresa is described as five feet seven inches tall and of large build with short dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing multi-coloured trousers and a pink T-shirt.

Teresa usually walks with a frame, and it is believed she may be travelling in a dark blue Peugeot Horizon with the registration SF70 LNP.

Police are appealing for information from the public as they continue to search for Teresa.

Inspector Tracy Santoni, of Dorset Police, said: “We are concerned for Teresa’s welfare and I would urge anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to please contact us.

“We are carrying out various searches and enquiries to locate Teresa, and it is believed she may have travelled to the Brighton area in Sussex.

“I would also like to make a direct appeal to Teresa to please make contact with us or your loved ones and let us know where you are. We all just want to make sure that you are all right.”
