THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

DANNY LINDSAY, 34 and of Beaumaris Road in Bournemouth, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a police van belonging to the Metropolitan Police on April 23, 2022. He also admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class A, namely cocaine, in Empire Way on April 23, 2022.

RYAN JACKSON, 19 and of Bluebell Lane in Poole, admitted two counts of drug driving in West Street in Poole on September 4, 2023, and in Parkstone Road in Poole on November 4, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of two years and disqualified from driving for two years. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MAX DAVIES, 18 and of Herbert Avenue in Poole, admitted possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a knuckleduster in Ferndown on March 1. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class A, after being in possession of 65 pills of methylenedioxymethylamphetamin (MDMA) in Ferndown on March 1. He admitted two counts of possession of a controlled drug of Class B after being found with 35.9g of cannabis 7.7g of ketamine in Ferndown on March 1. He was fined £692, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £277 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STEPHEN ROLFE, 27 and of Bournemouth, admitted four counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order in Bournemouth on February 4, March 3, March 5 and March 6 by entering Co-op stores in Charminster Road and Christchurch Road which he was banned from entering under the order. He admitted five counts of theft from a shop after stealing goods to the value of £140 from the Co-op in Bournemouth on February 4, stealing wine and chocolate to the value of £546.75 on March 5, stealing goods to the value of £133.40 from the Co-op in Bournemouth on February 15, stealing wine valued at £133.50 from the Co-op in Bournemouth on March 3, and stealing energy drinks to the value of £105.85 from the Co-op in Bournemouth on March 6. He was jailed for 48 weeks.

MUSTAFA SALEH, 37 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing three bottles of alcohol to the value of £111 from Tesco in Bourne Avenue in Bournemouth on March 4. He was ordered to pay compensation of £73.50.

ZOE WARD, 36 and of Thornham Road in New Milton, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B, after being in possession of 1oz of cannabis in Christchurch on March 7. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STEPHEN MCNAMARA, 55 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Westover Road in Bournemouth, on March 19. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 6 months. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
