AN AWARD-winning Indian restaurant is set to open its second site in Poole.
Indi’s opened its doors in Seamoor Road, Westbourne, more than 20 years ago, in 2002, and has been recognised for its contemporary Indian cuisine.
The restaurant is now set to expand with a second location opening in Station Road, Ashley Cross.
Teasing signs state the restaurant will be offering tapas style Indian street foot along with a lounge bar.
The Westbourne site ‘prides itself’ on having an individual curry paste for each of its dishes and diversifying its flavours across the menu.
Chefs at Indi’s are described as some of the country’s “most-well-renowned,” and are committed to producing consistently outstanding cuisine.
The eatery has previously been crowned winner of Dorset’s best Indian restaurant, winner of Asian Curry Awards South West and ranked Tripadvisor’s Traveller’s Choice 2023.
As well in person dining, the restaurant also offers a catering service for private parties, functions, weddings or corporate events.
However, its new location in Poole will be introducing a ‘new way to dine’ through ‘tapas time’.
Indi’s Bar & Kitchen is hoping to open in early June.
The former No10 Ashley Cross opened last month after a complete refurbishment and rebrand, reopening as Cardinals.
