THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

BRIAN KILONZO, 33 and of Fir Vale Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing wine valued at £17 from the Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on January 6. He was conditionally discharged from period of six months. He was also ordered to pay £8.50 in compensation and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SABRINA JEWELL, 36 and of Mellstock Crescent in Wareham, admitted theft from a shop after stealing multiple bottles of wine valued at £124.75 from the Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on January 16. She was ordered to pay £62.37 in compensation.

DAVID PETER BARTRIP, 41 and of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on October 4, 2022. He was fined £200.

JACK WOODFORD, 37 and of Anchor Close in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on February 6. He was fined £150.

TERRY COOK, 48 and of St Helier Road in Poole, admitted three counts of using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. This followed incidents at the Dolphin Centre in Poole on February 5 and January 25, and in St Helier Road in Poole on December 5, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of two years, during which time he must not attend the Dolphin Centre or bus station in Poole, or be in possession of alcohol in any public place with the exception of licenced premises.

ZARA SLAVIN, 31 and of Footways in West Moors, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen to police for analysis in Maclean Road in Bournemouth on February 29. She was disqualified from diriving for 12 months. She was also fined £400, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £160.

MATTHEW TREADWELL, 41 and of Lydford Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Bournemouth on August 22, 2023. He also admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker after assaulting a police officer at Bournemouth Police Station on August 22, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until October 17, 2025.

LYNDSEY LEATON, 41 and of Ridout Close in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving in Turbary Park Avenue in Bournemouth on October 19, 2023. She also admitted driving without insurance and driving a motor vehicle on a road after revocation of driving licence on account of disability in Lambs Green Lane in Wimborne on January 30. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. She was also fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service

KAY JOHNSON, 52 and of Moore Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on October 26, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 36 months. She was also fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £48.

JAMES OCONNOR, 51 and of Dales Drive in Wimborne, admitted drink driving in Dales Drive in Wimborne on December 26, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £48.
