- Debbie Ann Pereira, 39, and Benjamin Lee Atkins, 49, are due at Winchester Crown Court this morning following the alleged murder of 49 year-old Simon Shotton.
- Simon Shotton’s remains were found in the area of the Manor Steps Zig Zag, off Boscombe Overcliff Drive, on Saturday 26 August 2023.
- Both defendants are charged with murder, perverting the course of justice, and preventing the burial of a corpse.
- The trial is expected to open this morning
