THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

KATIE MILES, 37 and of Abbotsbury Road in Weymouth, admitted possession of and production of a controlled drug of Class B after being found in possession of herbal cannabis and pregabalin in Bournemouth on September 8, 2023. She also admitted theft of a purse in Weymouth on November 16, 2023, and then three counts of fraud by false representation after making three purchases on a stolen credit card that same day. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £209.37.

ELIEL TAPIA HERRERA, 33 and of Shelbourne Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving without insurance in Wellington Road, Bournemouth, on November 9, 2022. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

RAYMOND CUMMINGS, 42 and of Romsey Road in Winchester, admitted theft from a shop after stealing items to the value of £288.55 from the Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on November 14, 2023. He was jailed for two weeks.

MOHAMED FAAL, 38 and of Lytton Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing wine valued at £17 from the Co-op in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on January 6. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £8.59.

DENIS NYUNDO, 32 and of Sturminster Newton, admitted drink driving in Bournemouth on February 3, 2024. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £160 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MUSTAFA SALEH, 37 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing perfume and aftershave valued at £342 from Bobby’s in Bournemouth. He was handed a jail sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £342.

RICHIE WOOD, 33 and of Windhajm Road in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving, driving without insurance, and driving whilst disqualified, in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on July 21, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 7, 2025, and disqualified from driving for three years. He was also fined £100, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £40.

JACK LAWRENCE, 20 and of White Horse Drive in Poole, admitted drug driving in Poole Road, Poole, on September 9, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £80.

JOSEPH BRINE, 33 and of Keith Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Bournemouth on February 24. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also fined £461, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £184.

LUCIAN NICOLAU, 20 and of Westcliff Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in Poole on February 25. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £80.

VICTOR BUSE, 33 and of Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving whilst disqualified in Poole on December 21, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 7, 2025, and disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a victim surcharge of £114.
