A GIRL who was taken to hospital with serious" injuries after a crash in Sandbanks has been discharged from hospital.
The 17-year-old from Poole was airlifted to hospital following the incident in the early hours of Boxing Day last year, December 26.
A black Mercedes A-Class, in which the girl was a passenger, was involved in a collision with a grey BMW at around 1am on Banks Road.
The teenager was airlifted to Southampton General Hospital after being cut free from the vehicle by firefighters.
Providing an update on Friday evening, April 5, a spokesman for Dorset Police said the girl has been discharged from hospital but that no arrests have been made in connection with the crash.
Two other people were treated for minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
Following the incident, Dorset Police issued an appeal for anyone who witnessed the crash or had dashcam footage to contact them.
