THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

MICHAEL LIDDELL, 34 and of Bournemouth, admitted breaching a restraining order in Bournemouth on November 18, 2023, by contacting someone he was prohibited from contacting under the order. He was handed a community order lasting until March 17, 2026. He was also ordered to pay £45 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

TILLY KILLEEN, 29 and of Westworth Way in Verwood, admitted drink driving on the A31 Winterborne Zelston on December 27, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months. She was also fined £415, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £166, and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ELOISE VANDERSLUYS, 24 and of Riverside Road in West Moors, admitted drink driving in West Moors Road in Three Legged Cross on August 24, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months. She was also fined £380, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £152 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

BRETT DONALD CAMERON, 36 and of Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on December 19, 2023. He was jailed for 18 weeks.

GARY DUNFORD, 41 and of Iford Lane in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Bournemouth on January 26. He was conditionally discharged for a period of two years, and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

RYAN ASHFORD, 36 and of Kimberley Road in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a police officer at the Co-op Petrol Station in Castle Lane West in Bournemouth on April 23, 2023. He also admitted using threatening/abusive/insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence, and causing criminal damage to a fence panel valued at £140.90, in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on April 23, 2023. He was jailed for eight weeks, and ordered to pay compensation of £140.90.

ROSS DAVIS, 47 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing four bottles of Jack Daniels valued at £144 from Tesco in Lymington on July 6, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of two years.

HARRISON ARCHER, 27 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted handling stolen goods and interfering with a vehicle in Bournemouth on January 15. He was jailed for 20 weeks.

NATHAN BAKER, 32 and of Poole, admitted using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in John Lewis in Poole Retail Park on October 3, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months. He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £26.

ANDREW SHELDON KLEIN, 54 and of Bath Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of speeding on the A338 Spur Road on May 21, 2023. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72, and ordered to pay costs of £100 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He also got three points on his licence.

DANIEL VAUGHAN, 42 and of no fixed address, admitted committing a further offence while under a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on November 9, 2022. He was jailed for 26 weeks.

CALLUM ONIONS, 31 and of Haymoor Road in Poole, was found guilty of driving without insurance in Wiltshire on March 12, 2023. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £240 and costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.
