A GROUP of six privately-owned New Forest hotels is under new management.

New Forest Collection, a family owned company which has acquired Burley Manor, Moorhill House, Bartley Lodge, Forest Lodge, Beaulieu Inn and The Drift over the past 40 years, has partnered with a hospitality management company.

The hotels were up for sale as a collection until the opportunity arose to team up with Rockingham Partners and their seasoned industry veterans Mike Lashmar and Simon Maguire.

Plans are now in place to revitalise the interior of each property and further invest in the hotels, starting with the reopening of Moorhill House in Burley with a new design by Emily Tyers, the acclaimed interior designer behind the stunning 2015 renovation of Burley Manor.
