A POOLE man has been charged with drink driving after allegedly crashing into public toilets in Ashley Cross.
Angelo Jorascu, 30, from Poole, has been charged following the incident that happened at public toilets on Ashley Cross Green, Poole.
Dorset Police received a report of a single car crash on Commercial Road, Poole, at 3.42am on March 11.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "It was reported that a car – a silver Peugeot 206 – collided with the public toilets in Ashley Cross Green. No injuries were reported.
"Officers attended the scene and a 30-year-old man from Poole was arrested and subsequently charged with driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level is above the limit."
Jorascu is due to appear in Poole Magistrates Court on April 29.
BCP Council, which own the public toilets, said the building has suffered no damage.
