A DETACHED house in Bournemouth is to be auctioned with a guide price of between £180,000 and £200,000.
The three-bedroom freehold property at 34 Oswald Road, near Winton Primary School, is among 147 lots across England listed in the March auction of Clive Emson Auctioneers.
Rob Marchant, the firm’s Dorset auctioneer, said: “In a popular and sought after residential area, the house requires a programme of upgrading and refurbishment and is considered worthy of the works required.
"The property has been extended to the rear to provide additional accommodation.”
Also up for auction is a two-bedroom flat at 6 Alexander Court, 106 Richmond Park Road, Bournemouth.
The flat is on a 179-year lease from 1975 and is guided at £140,000 to £150,000.
Rob said: “The second-floor flat is in need of a programme of upgrading and refurbishment and there is a garage in a block to the rear.”
A two-bedroom bungalow at 98 Portland Road, Bournemouth, is freehold and has a guide price of £185,000 to £195,000.
Rob said: “Situated in a popular residential district this detached bungalow is something of a rarity in an area largely occupied by two-storey houses.
“The bungalow is set towards the rear of the plot and has gardens to the front and the useful advantage of off-road parking.
“A significant level of upgrading and refurbishment is required and is also considered worthy of the improvements required.”

The auction ends on Wednesday, March 20, with bidding opening 48 hours beforehand.
