A MAN is now wanted after he allegedly threw a microwave at a bus stop.
Suleyman Ahmed Sharif, 54, was arrested last summer after he ‘threw a brick and a microwave at a bus stop’ while out late in Bournemouth.
Police rushed to Christchurch Road in Lansdowne on August 27 after receiving a call that a man was smashing up a bus stop.
On arrival, officers alleged he had used a microwave and a brick to smash the windows of the bus stop.
Shattered glass was seen spread across the floor as Sharif was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.
Dorset Police issued Sharif, of Bournemouth, with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 4 for offences of criminal damage to property.
However, the Courts and Tribunals Service confirmed he failed to attend court and now a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
