HAVING moved from London to Dorset in 2019, I still regularly commute to London and can categorically say, the 20mph limit has increased the traffic in and around London, with little or no evidence of safety in mind.
The only thing which has increased, is PCN across all boroughs.
I feel this is a stealth tax for local councils.
