A TRADITIONAL British pub with music, real ales and games nights- The Goat and Tricycle is our pub of the week.

Located at West Hill Road, Bournemouth, The Goat and Tricycle has been described as 'the people's pub.'

The pub opened in the late 70s and is popular with locals and tourists.

Natalie Sanders has been the general manager for over three years.

She said: "It's a proper old-school pub.

"We are all about the people and atmosphere. It's a really chilled-out, friendly place.

"Everyone is welcome as long as they are nice."

The Goat and Tricycle serves home-cooked pub grub, including fish and chips, burgers and ham and egg and chips.

The inn is well known for its roast dinners and sells 'shocking amounts' of mud pies.

Natalie revealed her plans to enhance the space further by adding some nostalgic old-school games in the coming months.
