WORK is underway to bring a new restaurant to Bournemouth Triangle.
Signage is going up for the new Palm Lounge Shisha and Grill set to open on Poole Hill.
While details on the restaurant and its official opening date are yet to be confirmed, the signs say it is ‘coming soon’.
The restaurant is due to open in the building formerly operated by vegan business Mighty Wieners.
Mighty Wieners had the site from August 2020, but closed in May last year as owners made “life changes”.
Before its vegan occupants, the building was also previously home to Embers Smoke House and Barbecue, Bermuda Café and Yeahman Caribbean Kitchen.
And ahead of that, it was used as a public toilet block.
The new Palm Lounge Shisha and Grill site is currently closed to the public, and work appears to be taking place within the building.
