In The Dock: appearances at Poole Magistrates' Court:

BRENDON GOODWIN, 27 and of Lennox Street in Weymouth, admitted breaching a non-molestation order through his use of social media. He ‘followed’ a person on Tik Tok and ‘liked’ one of her videos, and posted a Facebook message about that person and wrote comments on that post. The non-molestation order had been made by Bournemouth and Poole Family Court on December 7, 2022. The defendant was handed a community order lasting until February 13, 2026, and a restraining order was made. He was also fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114, and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CAROLINE CAIRNS, 38 and of Sunningdale Crescent in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following her release from prison. She was fined £100, and ordered to pay costs of £60.

LUKASZ STACHOWICZ, 40 and of Hine Close in Gillingham, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

LUKE THOMAS, 25 and of West Cliff Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on July 27, 2021. The community order was revoked, and he was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

MAHESH CHALUVADI, 36 and of Lindsay Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Uxbridge Magistrates Court on August 1, 2023. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

ROSS IAN DAVIS, 47 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on May 9, 2023. The community order was varied to contain new rehabilitation activity requirements.

ADAM STUART DANCEY, 26 and of Bournemouth Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on September 21, 2023. He was fined £60.

KATIE ELIZABETH FELLOWS, 26 and of Spruce Close in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on November 22, 2022. She was fined £50.
