Sandbanks Ferry will provide free service on Christmas day Image: Newsquest
I HAVE always felt the chain ferry was a little cheap for the service it provides.
We can’t do without it so let the operator put the fares up.
I would still use it and take pleasure from using it.
Having said that, it would be nice to think that perhaps any concessions for people who live one side and work the other could be preserved.
