MULTIPLE police and undercover cars swarmed Aldi car park in Poole after reports of a man with possible firearms.
Officers also cautioned a man and seized two BB-style guns following the incident at around 3.30pm on Sunday.
A man was arrested after having an alleged air pistol in Poole.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We received a third-party report at 3.30pm on Sunday 4 February 2024 of a man in possession of what was believed to be an air pistol in Willis Way in Poole.
“Officers attended and the man was located in a vehicle and arrested.
“Two BB-style guns were seized. A 57-year-old man of no fixed abode was issued with a conditional caution for an offence of possession of an imitation firearm in a public place.”
