CAMP Bestival has announced an 'out of this world' line-up for 2024.

McFly, Paloma Faith and Pete Tong Ibiza Classics - Jules Buckley & The Essential Orchestra will headline this year’s event.

The Darkness, James Arthur, Sister Sisters co-lead vocalist Jake Shears, and Orbital will also perform at the family-friendly extravaganza along with Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Gok Wan and Roger Sanchez.

Camp Bestival curator Rob da Bank said: "My aim with the lineup at Camp Bestival is that there’s lots for everyone but also new bands and acts you may not know yet but need to know - so step up Flowerovlove, The K’s, Hak Baker and Dagny.

"See you in the fields in July.”

Camp Bestival returns to Lulworth Castle between July 25 and 28 with this year’s event taking on a new “intergalactic, aliens, and space” theme.

Craig Charles will bring his Funk and Soul House Party to Lulworth as well as Aroop Roy, Daisybelle & Carly Foxx and DJ Nose It.

Elsewhere on the line-up, families can enjoy The Amy Winehouse Band, The Smyths, and The Magic Numbers.

Meanwhile, Camp Bestival favourites The Cuban Brothers, Big Fish Little Fish, Goldierocks, and Junior Jungle will all be returning.

A line-up of family favourites will also be on offer from Horrible Histories: Rotten Royals, Brainiac Live, Dick and Dom, Hacker T Dog & Katie Thistleton, to mischief and singalongs from Mr Tumble, Mister Maker, Mr Motivator, Mr.B The Gentleman Rhymer, and The Pop Bingo Disco.

New for 2024 and included within the ticket price, will be a plethora of new activities including everything from parkour and freerunning, football club, wall climbing through to more dance classes.

Families are encouraged to try as many of the activities taking the place over the weekend as possible and document the adventure with the brand-new Explorer’s Passport.

A Camp Kids Extra Pass ticket add-on is also being introduced for 2024, which is designed to make children's mealtimes as easy as possible, while also helping families to budget and spread the cost of their festival weekend.

Tickets go on general sale at 9am, February 2, with an exclusive 48-hour presale for existing Barclaycard customers live from 9am, January 31 until 8.59am, February 2.
