POLICE are becoming "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of a missing man from Bournemouth. 

Saad Al-Omar, aged 42, was last seen in Alumdale Road in Bournemouth at 6.30pm on Wednesday 13 December 2023.

Police say he may have travelled to London, but this has not been confirmed.

Inspector Tracy Santoni, of Dorset Police, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Saad’s welfare and have been making a number of enquiries in an effort to find him.

“I am hoping that somebody may have seen him since the evening of Wednesday 13 December 2023 and can help us establish where he may have gone."

Saad is described as five feet 11 inches tall, of medium build and with very short dark hair.

He is wearing back jogging bottoms, a black waterproof jacket, grey Nike trainers, and carrying a black bag across his chest.

Inspector Santoni added: “If Saad sees this appeal, please contact us or your family urgently as we want to ensure you are safe and well.”
