A STRUCTURALLY damaged house in Bournemouth has been bought in auction for £261,000.
The three-bedroom, freehold detached property at 31 Coronation Avenue, Moordown, was among 149 lots listed across southern England and south Wales by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
Rob Marchant, the firm’s Dorset auctioneer, said: “There were 17 bids, with the final one coming in at £261,000.
“The house has suffered from some structural movement, which requires a programme of remedial works along with general upgrading and refurbishment of the accommodation.”
Clive Emson’s next auction, the first of eight in 2024, is on February 7, with live bidding opening 48 hours beforehand.
Lot entries close on January 19, with the catalogue released on January 19.
