THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

OGUZ KAGAN KARADAG, 25 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on December 21, 2022. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £30.

CLAYTON THOMAS GODFREY, 30 and of Gamekeeper Way in Verwood, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on December 2, 2022. He was fined £30.

TERRY LEWIS, 41 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £30.

KANE WHITE, 36 and Egmont Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on November 29, 2022. The original community order was revoked, and a new one was made to contain new rehabilitation activity requirements. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.

WAYNE JOHNSON, 50 and of Legion Close in Poole, admitted committing an offence while subject to conditional discharge orders imposed on September 7, 2022, and October 18, 2022 at Dorset Magistrate Court, and while subject to a community order made by Dorset Magistrates Court on January, 24. The community order was revoked, and a new one was made with new requirements.

MARK ADAMS, 35 and of Lilliput Road in Poole, failed to give information to police when required on November 12, 2022. The information related to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £264 and ordered to pay costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He also got six points on his licence.

KIAN GALLAGHER, 18 and of Stour Road in Christchurch, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on October 3, 2022. He was fined £10.

JOHN PAUL THOMAS JOHNSON, 31 and of St Pauls Lane in Bournemouth, admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order imposed on September 21, 2022, at Dorset Magistrates Court. A community order was made, which involved the monitoring of the defendant's whereabouts.

JORDAN THOMAS MCCLAY, 33 and of Hunt Road in Christchurch, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was fined £80 and was ordered to pay costs of £60.

KALUP JOHN HUGHES, 32 and of Bridlebank Way in Weymouth, appeared after refusing to be breathalysed when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Blandford Forum on March 5. A community order was made with an alcohol abstinence requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114, and costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He was also disqualified from driving for 40 months.

LEE PHILIP ALAN COOPER, 41 and of Yarrow Close in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on May 17. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

RICHARD ROY WILLIAMS, 41 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on June 16. The community order was varied to contain new rehabilitation activity requirements.

LUKE TIMOTHY TERRENCE GRAVENER, 39 and of Didcot Road in Poole, admitted driving a motorcycle he was not licenced to drive, and running a red light in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth on October 18, 2022. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He also got three points on his licence.
