Crimestoppers reveals most wanted people in Dorset

Crimestoppers and Dorset Police have issued images of men and one woman they want to track down, including one man wanted in connection with a murder.

Richard Scatchard (also known as Richard Dunlop)

Detectives leading the search for wanted man Richard Scatchard are continuing to ask anyone with information to come forward.

Scatchard is wanted on a recall to prison. We also want to talk to him in connection with a murder enquiry, after the death of 61-year-old Kelly Faiers at his home, in Minehead, during the early hours of Sunday 15 October.

The 70-year-old is considered a risk to the public, specifically women he forms relationships with. He is a regular user of dating apps and has previously been convicted of sexual offences in which he administered drugs his victims to enable his crimes.

We believe Scatchard spent the night after Kelly’s death – the 15-16 October – in the Watchet area, which is confirmed with CCTV.

One person, who knew Scatchard, has since told us they saw him later that same morning wearing light-coloured shorts when they were driving along Blenheim Road in Minehead.

Scatchard is described as a white man, about 5ft 11ins and has a Scottish accent. He’s known to have used the name Richard Dunlop previously.

Geza Barabasi

Geza Barabasi has a warrant out for his arrest after he failed to attend court in Bournemouth.

He is described as white European, between 50 and 55 years old, approximately six foot tall, with a slim build, brown straight hair and a moustache.

Artur Ziolo

Artur Ziolo is arrestable after he failed to attend court in Bournemouth.

He is described as white European, aged between 35 and 40, and between 175 and 180cm in height. He is of large build, with blonde, straight hair. He also has a tattoo of an animal on his lower back.

Elisha Horne (also known as Elisha Veck or Elisha Hole)

Elisha Horne has been recalled to prison in Bournemouth after she had her prison licence revoked.

She is aged between 20 and 25, and described as white European, of slim build, between 165 and 170cm tall and with brown hair in a pony tail.

She has pierced lips, nose, chin and left arm, near to her wrist. She also has a left hand tattoo of a heart, dots and lines.

She also has ‘distinctive eyelids’ that are ‘red and puffy’.

Christopher Heap

Christopher Heap was due to attend court in Bournemouth, but failed to attend, so a warrant is out for his arrest.

He is described as white European, aged between 35 and 40, of slim build and between 170 to 175cm in height.

He has grey hair and a goatee, as well as a left ear piercing.

Mitch Mitchell (also known as Diego Navarro Belda, Mitch Yanopasotanto Mitchell and James Waterhouse)

Mitch Mitchell failed to attend court in Bournemouth so a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is described as white European, aged between 50 and 55, and between 175 and 180cm in height.

He is of medium build, with brown, straight hair and a beard.

He has tattoos on his right scalp of a male figure, on his right ear of a cartoon and of a name on his right arm. He also has a pierced left ear.

Darren Strand (also known as Darren Edwards)

A warrant for the arrest of Darren Strand has been issued after he failed to attend court in Bournemouth.

He is described as aged between 25 and 30, 180 to 185cm in height, and of a slim build. He has blonde, spiky hair and a beard.

He has a Tottenham Hotspur tattoo on his left arm, with the emblem and crest. He also has a tattoo on his right arm with letters, a name and numbers.

He is described as white European, aged between 40 and 45 and between 175 and 180cm.

He is of slim build, with straight, black hair and no facial hair.

He has a stud in his left eyebrow, a Zodiac 4 stars tattoo on his left neck and a dragon tattoo on his left arm and shoulder.

He also has a tattoo of a crown on his left hand, a tattoo of a name on his right arm and three letters on his right fingers, along with a further tattoo on his right leg.

Samuel Hilton was due to attend court in Poole, but he failed to attend and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is described as white European, aged between 40 and 45 and between 190 and 195cm in height.

He is of medium build, with brown, straight hair and side burns.
