TWO friends were left ‘speechless’ after they spotted ‘bright orange’ UFOs in the sky after travelling home from a safari park.

Chloe Moore and Lisa Marie Kennedy had visited Longleat’s ‘Festival of Light’ on November 28 when they spotted strange orange lights on their drive home to Bournemouth.

At around 7.30pm Chloe was driving towards Shaftesbury when she saw an ‘orange ball’ above a phone mast, and when she looked again it had doubled in size.

“We both looked at the same time and thought 'oh my god, now there’s three of them'.

“I happened to see a layby so we literally jumped out of the car, didn’t put our coats on or anything and started videoing.”

Chloe said the lights began as one, then multiplied to around six, when they made two parallel lines to each other.

She said the lights then moved to create a triangle shape, describing it as ‘really bizarre’.

“They didn’t look like they were coming from the ground, they were just appearing,” said Chloe.

She added: “So I’ve been Googling and these orange lights are all over the internet for years, people have seen them in different parts of the world.”

Chloe said her and Lisa ‘never stop talking’ when they are in the car together but after spotting the lights they were left speechless.

The pair both work at Shorefield Oakdene Holiday Park, and said their colleagues were shocked at the video.

“All the blokes at my work are saying it’s an army area and it’s just some flares, but all the woman are like ‘oh my god’,” said Chloe.

She said another friend saw ‘exactly the same’ a few years ago, and Chloe and Lisa have been convinced ever since that they saw a UFO.

A UFO (unidentified flying object) is described as any perceived aerial phenomenon  that cannot be immediately identified or explained.

The first sighting of an unexplained object in the sky in Dorset was recorded as December 8, 1733.

Although locals have spotted strange sights recently, including a row of bright lights which were later determined as Elon Musk’s project ‘Starlink’.
