A NEW convenience store will open its doors today at a newly refurbished Post Office branch.
Hillview Post Office in Wareham Road, Corfe Mullen, reopened yesterday, Thursday, November 23.
The branch will reveal its new convenience store to customers today.
The Post Office has reopened under new management following a major refurbishment which has taken two months to complete.
Antoinette Chitty, Post Office network provision lead, said: “The whole store looks really smart.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers during the temporary closure to transform the premises.
“The branch is now open and ready to serve the community.”
A spokesperson for the Post Office said new retail fittings have been installed and new freezers and fridges added for the convenience store, which is completely different from the previous retail.
The new opening hours for the branch are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm.
