TWO men got out of a Peugeot 208 and assaulted a man in East Dorset.
The victim was approached and then assaulted by the pair after they got out of the car in Hayters Way in Alderholt.
The men were both wearing dark clothing, and the Peugeot was small and grey.
The victim sustained injuries to his face that did not require medical treatment after the assault on Sunday, November 5 at around 7.30pm.
Officers investigating the assault are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Police constable Ashlea Gale, of East Dorset police, said: “We have now received a full account from the victim and I am carrying out enquiries into this incident.
“I understand there were other people in the area at the time and I would ask anyone who saw what happened and has not already spoken to police to please get in touch.”
