NEARLY £200 worth of jewellery was stolen from a high street shop. 

Police are investigating the theft of items, including bracelets and earrings, from The Frock Shop on High Street, Lymington. 

Officers have now released an image of a woman believed to be in her 60s that they want to speak to in connection with the shoplifting incident between 3pm and 4pm on Tuesday, October 24. 

She is described as five foot five inches tall, of medium build with short, wavy blonde hair. 

The woman was wearing a royal blue anorak, black V-neck T-shirt, black trousers, white trainers and glasses with black rims on the top and was carrying three shopping bags. 

A Hampshire Police spokesperson said: “We believe the woman in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge her, or anyone who knows her identity, to get in touch with us. 

“Also, if you have information about this incident, saw anything suspicious in the area at the time, or have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage which could aid our investigation, please contact us.
