A BUS had to be stopped in Bournemouth after vandals smashed a window with a catapult.
The incident happened on a Morebus service between the town centre and Kinson on Friday evening.
A Morebus statement says: "19.55 Bournemouth to Kinson - due to a careless act of vandalism involving youths and catapults, resulting in a top deck smashed window, this service terminated at Leybourne Avenue, Palfrey Road.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Service users took to social media to voice their anger over the incident.
One wrote: "'Careless' is doing a lot of heavy lifting there."
