BEACH huts in a ‘stunning’ area of Christchurch have been put on the market.
The Noisy Lobster has listed a number of its beach huts at Avon Beach for sale.
These ‘medium-sized huts’ are just along the coast from The Noisy Lobster facilities and will be sold as seen.
They are on a one-year lease due to council restrictions, but in November of each year, a new lease is sent out along with the ground rent for the coming year.
Providing that the rules and regulations are adhered to, then this will be renewed year on year.
The huts are currently on the market for £65,000, however, the price will be discounted to £57,500 for any sales completed by the end of December.

The Noisy Lobster also continues to offer long lets, weekly and daily hire of the other beach huts on Avon Beach as well as 2 special occasion huts with electricity, an oven, kettle, fridge and deck chairs – perfect for birthdays, gatherings and celebrations.
