THE following people have appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court:

SAMUEL ALBERT WILKINS, 35 and of Nortoft Road in Bournemouth, appeared following a conviction of an offence while under a community order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court on March 7. The existing community order was revoked, and he was dealt with for his original offence.

LUKE PHILLIP ARNOLD, 35 and of Azalea Gardens in Wimborne, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on August 7. The existing community order was varied to contain new requirements. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.

JAMES MCLAUGHLIN, 54 and of Crookhays in Shaftesbury, admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order imposed on January 5, 2023, at Weymouth Magistrates' Court. No action was taken on the breach.

JACK ANTHONY PICKARD, 38 and of Derby Street in Weymouth, admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order imposed on October 22, 2022, by Weymouth Magistrates' Court. He was fined £80.

CHRISTOPHER LESLIE COLIN TOWNER, 56 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates' Court on June 2. The original community order was revoked, and another was made with new rehabilitation activity requirements.

CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL FREDERICK TRACEY, 48 and of Ivy Mews in Fordingbridge, admitted speeding in Wimbledon in the Borough of Merton on February 2. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

PRZEMYSLAW PAWEL DOBRODZIEJ, 39 and of Morrison Avenue in Poole, was found guilty for drink driving in Gloucester Road in Bournemouth on December 26, 2022. He was disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

HENRY ABAKA BLANKSON, 43 and of Southcote Road in Bournemouth, admitting using a vehicle in Fir Vale Road in Bournemouth on February 15 without the necessary insurance, while disqualified from driving, and with no test certificate for the vehicle. He was handed a community order requiring him to complete 100 hours of unpaid work before October 25, 2024. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114, and got six points on his driving licence.

AMES MARK ALEXANDER ROBINS, 27 and of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a man in Dorchester Road in Weymouth, and the theft of ‘food items’ to the value of £331 from Lidl in Dorchester Road in Weymouth – both on December 22, 2022. He was also charged with failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. Robins was handed a jail sentence of eight weeks and suspended for 12 months. He was also fined £50 and ordered to pay compensation of £74.30.

PRZEMYSLAW SEBASTIAN CHWALBA, 41 and of St Mary’s Road in Bournemouth, admitted speeding on the A338 Wessex Way on June 21, 2022. She was fined £133, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £53 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. She also got three points on her driving licence.

BRANDON STUBBS, 21 and of Ashley Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on December 16, 2022. The original community order was varied to include new rehabilitation activity requirements.

RHIANNON FITZGERALD, 61 and of Fernbank Place in Ascot, appeared after failing to give information to police on June 14, 2022, relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. She was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72 and ordered to pay costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service. She also got six points on her driving licence.
