A MAN is due in court after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted under a Bournemouth flyover.
Ayomide Famakinde, 21, is due in Poole Magistrates’ Court later this month after a woman reported she was sexually assaulted under the Bath Road flyover in Bournemouth town centre.
Famakinde, from London, was arrested after the incident at around 12.15am on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
Following detailed enquiries by detectives, he has now been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 20, for an offence of assault by penetration.
