DOG poo has been found on parked cars in Dorchester, prompting police to investigate.

Police found dog poo on parked vehicles in the Fordington area of Dorchester during their patrols after a number of incidents were reported.

A 56-year-old man was detained by police on Saturday, September 30 and is due to attend for voluntary police interview.

Officers investigating in Dorchester are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Police Constable Glen Caddy, of the Dorchester Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “This has caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience for residents living in the area.

“I am keen to speak to anyone who was around at the time of the reported incidents who may have witnessed what happened or captured anything of relevance on their camera doorbell or home security systems.”
