A LEADING property management company has taken over management of a property in Poole.

Rendall and Rittner have been appointed by the Right to Manage company (RTM) at Avenue Court to manage the property’s 48 homes.

Avenue Court is a collection of modern apartment buildings located off The Avenue conservation area.

It sits within large communal grounds, and Rendall and Rittner will start property management duties from November 1.

Divisional director, Lee Johnson, said: “At Rendall and Rittner we have the resources, safeguards, accreditations and the standards of service that come from being part of a national property management company, combined with the power of local expertise and knowledge.

“Our locally based property managers and independent contractors are dedicated to delivering exceptional service, backed by our robust systems and 30 year track record for customer service and innovation.”

“Avenue Court is a highly desirable address in the local area and we are honoured to have been selected by the people who live here to take on the responsibility of managing their homes.”

Mr Johnson added: “Rendall & Rittner has extensive experience in collaborating with resident management companies and right to manage companies, and we look forward to working together at Avenue Court to deliver an exceptional standard of service.”

The company is partnered with hundreds of RTMs and resident management companies across the UK.

Its south west region is based in Poole, and it offers a tailored service to clients and residents focusing on protecting financial liabilities and giving professional guidance on all aspects of property management.

The addition of Avenue Court is an ‘impressive addition’ to Rendall and Rittner’s south west division, which has seen a growth in its portfolio of properties under management.

The team is based not far from Avenue Court, covering all of Hampshire and Dorset, as well as a growing influence in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and Bristol.

Rendall and Rittner is regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a member of the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.

It is also highly accredited by the Association of Residential Managing Agents, British Safety Council and Investors in People.
