CONSTRUCTION work is nearing completion on the next phase of business units at an industrial estate in Dorset.

Axis 31, in Woolsbridge Industrial Estate in Three Legged Cross, is one step closer to completion at Dorset’s fastest growing business park.

The business park, just off the A31, is expanding its presence to around 26 acres at the hands of developers Ankers & Rawlings Developments Ltd, who have already built over 50 units.

An additional 10 units are due for completion in October.

Home to local, regional and national businesses including New Forest Clothing and Scott Shearing Vehicle Repairs, the business park has seen over 80 transactions complete since 2021.

James Edwards, director at Goadsby, said: “Axis 31 is one of the most significant employment sites in Dorset and it is going from strength to strength.

“Our client is building an excellent product and we are continuing to witness strong demand from investors and occupiers, with lettings already agreed on three of the next phase of units within seven days of marketing.”
