CARS were torched in an arson attack in a Bournemouth neighbourhood over the weekend.

A black Mercedes E-Class remains in Nelson Road this morning after it went up in flames during the early hours of Sunday morning.

The car has been left a charred wreck with the back end of the car severely damaged.

Black paint has been stripped off from the blaze and ash and smashed glass is strewn on the road.
