ABBA fans enjoyed an evening of classic hits in the open air performed by the BSO at the weekend.
Hundreds of people attended the ABBA Symphonic Spectacular in Bournemouth’s Meyrick Park on Saturday night.
Pete Harrison and a quartet of West End singers joined the BSO for a celebration of the Swedish pop superstars.
Concert goers were treated to a range of hits from the super group’s back catalogue from Mamma Mia to Fernando.
Other fan favourites included Take a Chance on Me, I Have a Dream, Dancing Queen, Waterloo, and SOS.
People were invited to dress up for the occasion with some donning brightly coloured 70s wear.
Many danced and sang along as they got into the spirit of the event.
The evening was rounded off with a fireworks finale.
The night was one of two events held as part of the BSO's Proms in the Park event.
Friday night's Heroes & Superheroes concert celebrated the best symphonic films scores of all time including works from The Magnificent Seven, Lawrence Of Arabia, The Last Samurai, and The Da Vinci Code.
